CANCELLATION POLICY
Cancellation & No-Show Policy We understand that life happens and sometimes plans change. To respect our providers’ time and allow us the opportunity to offer appointments to other clients, we kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice when canceling or rescheduling an appointment. Cancellations or rescheduling with less than 24 hours’ notice will be charged 40% of the scheduled service total. No-call/no-show appointments will be charged 100% of the scheduled service total. Any applicable cancellation or no-show fees must be paid before booking another appointment. Thank you for understanding and respecting our time. A licensed esthetician with a passion for her craft, Jenn opened our doors in 2015 to bring professional, results-driven skincare to her Pinckney community. Her mission has always been simple: make transformative skincare welcoming and approachable. While an injury prevents Jenn from seeing clients in the treatment room today, she remains the quiet force powering your glow. Behind the scenes, she meticulously researches, crafts, and fine-tunes every facial, peel, and protocol on our menu. Equal parts scientist and artist, she pores over ingredient decks, tests new tools, and studies the chemistry of a perfect peel so you get cutting-edge treatments designed for real life. Jenn’s superpower is translating the latest skincare advances—retinols, peptides, and advanced devices—into services that actually fit your schedule, budget, and goals.
